QUAIL ROOST DRIVE

Completed- Commercial tenant improvement project involved the successful conversion of an existing space into an adult day care facility. The facility now boasts six ADA-compliant bathrooms, providing accessibility for all users, along with a dedicated shower area. The project also involved the installation of an all new underground sanitary pipe system to enhance functionality. To meet regulatory requirements, a grease trap was installed to prevent plumbing issues. The addition of an efficient air conditioning system ensures a comfortable environment, while an exhaust system promotes clean air quality. The facility now features new tile flooring throughout, offering both durability and hygiene. The addition of new acoustical ceiling tile and lighting improves the overall ambiance. Lastly, a reliable fire alarm system was implemented to prioritize the safety of all occupants.
