Completed- The retail commercial construction renovation of a 12,000 square foot space encompasses a modern and upscale design features suspended glass stairs to the second floor and a glass roof on the rear of the building. The polished concrete floors provide a sleek and durable foundation, complemented by eye-catching elements like a stainless steel slide for an engaging customer experience. The high-end millwork features recycled solid surface countertops, blending sustainability with elegance. The addition of a grease trap ensures compliance with commercial kitchen standards. The inclusion of pivot walls and state of the art audio/video system allows the flexible vendor spaces to be easily converted. A standout feature is the unique feature wall adorned with pivot doors and windows, adding an element of surprise and enhancing the space's visual appeal.
