Completed- Commercial project involved a phased renovation of an occupied medical facility, aiming to enhance its functionality and expand its capacity. The project encompassed several significant improvements, including a 7,500 square foot expansion to accommodate the growing needs of the facility. The new wing as well as the existing facility received all new finishes to create a modern and inviting environment, and a cohesive aesthetic throughout. As part of the expansion, a new MRI facility was added to enhance diagnostic capabilities. The physical therapy center was expanded to provide increased space and resources to accommodate more patients. Eight new exam rooms and a new nursing station were created to improve patient flow and efficiency. The project also included the construction of a new porte-cochere for convenient patient drop-off and pick-up. Additionally, a complete landscape and site renovation revitalized the exterior, creating an aesthetically pleasing and welcoming environment for patients and visitors. Overall, the completed project successfully transformed the medical facility, providing enhanced facilities and services to meet the evolving needs of the community it serves.
