Completed - Residential remodel project for a property originally built in 1971, spanning 2,333 square feet. The intent was to maintain the design and flow of the space, while updating all the finishes to a timeless, modern look. The project entailed removing and replacing all the flooring in the home. A modern yet rustic unhoned travertine was selected for the common areas, while a timeless wood foor was installed in all the bedrooms, to add a sense of literal and aesthetic warmth. All new caseless jamb interior doors were installed in a stained white oak, further adding warmth to balance against the travertine floors. The kitchen was completely updated, featuring matching white oak cabinetry, brand new appliances, and a large center island, perfect for gathering and entertaining.
