The goal was to honor the mid-century modern style while adding modern amenities and expanding the living space. The addition includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, bringing the total count to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The existing home underwent a complete transformation, with walls being opened up to create a seamless flow between living spaces. The kitchen was completely reimagined, featuring sleek custom cabinetry, high-end appliances, and a spacious center island. The bathrooms were redesigned with luxurious fixtures, stylish tiles, and contemporary finishes. While the bathrooms received new tile, the remainder of the home was updated with new poured and polished concrete floors. Large impact windows and doors were installed throughout the property, allowing natural light to flood the interiors, picturesque views of the surrounding landscape. The exterior will be enhanced with modern finishes, and a carefully designed landscape will add beauty and functionality.
